We don’t believe in explicit feedback. Explicit feedback tends to be wrong or misleading—a lot of research has been done on that. The people who leave explicit feedback, either they are too opinionated or they have too much time on their hands. In either case, it is not the target audience. We believe silent observations really produce a better reflection of what the audience wants.
